Contents:  
Poly Gel Lubricating Eye Gel is available in 30 sterile single-use plastic vials, each containing 0.5g of the gel. 

Ingredients: 
Preservative free. Carbomer 974P 3mg/g with sorbitol and purified water. May include sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. 

Warnings:  
Make sure the container is intact before use. To Open, completely TWIST off the tab, do not pull off.  
Follow eye care practitioner’s directions and all labelling instructions for proper use of the product. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or redness of the eye, discontinue use and consult an eye care professional.  
Vision may blur after use for short period of time.
