Genteal Lubricating Eye Gel

Ingredients: 

• Hypromellose 3mg/g
• Carbomer 980 2.2mg/g
• Sodium perborate as a preservative
• Sodium hydroxide
• Diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid
• Water

Warnings:  
Check if the seal is intact before first use. If already broken or damaged do not use. 

Contraindications:  
Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

Directions for Use:  
Place one or two small drops in the conjunctival sac of each eye and blink several times.  

Shelf Life:  
Can be used for up to 12 weeks after opening.
