The solution cleans by loosening surface debris and deposits while disinfecting lenses using antimicrobial agents. It also conditions the lens surface to support moisture retention and improve wearing comfort.

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before handling lenses.  
2. Place the lens in your palm and apply solution.  
3. Gently rub the lens surface to remove deposits.  
4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh solution.  
5. Store lenses in a clean case filled with solution.

You may prefer AOSept HydraGlyde Hydrogen Peroxide Solution if you require a preservative-free system or deeper disinfection for higher levels of deposits or sensitivity, noting that it involves a multi-step neutralisation process and longer soak time. 

Compared with Boston Simplus, this product is specifically designed for soft contact lenses, whereas Boston Simplus is formulated for rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses and is not suitable for soft lens use. 

Can I use Opti-Free PureMoist with silicone hydrogel lenses? Yes, it is specifically compatible with all soft lenses, including silicone hydrogel materials. 

Do I need to rub my lenses when using this solution? A gentle rub is recommended to improve deposit removal and overall cleaning effectiveness. 

Is this solution preservative-free? No, it is a preserved multipurpose solution designed for effective disinfection and shelf stability. 

Can this replace a hydrogen peroxide system? It can for routine care, but hydrogen peroxide systems may be preferred for deeper cleaning or preservative sensitivity. 

How often should I replace the solution in my lens case? Use fresh solution daily. Do not top up or reuse old solution.
