For application
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
- Place your clean scleral lens on the larger end of ScleralEase.
- Fill the lens with the solution recommended by your eye care professional.
- Hold your eyelids open and carefully apply the lens.
- If using suction, release the vent holes once the lens touches your eye, then gently withdraw the tool.
For removal
- Moisten the smaller removal tip with sterile saline.
- Position the tip against the outer third of the scleral lens.
- Once suction is achieved, gently pull the tool away to remove the lens.
Always follow the application, removal and lens-care instructions provided by your eye care professional.
